We, our and us means:  Home Project Zone, Inc. ("HPZ")

• Those customers who have provided us with nonpublic personal information for the purpose of listing an advertisement w/HPZ.
• Those customers who have used the website to locate a home professional, contractor or other home service professional.

Nonpublic personal information means personally identifiable financial or personal information about you that we collect in connection with your use of HPZ's service.  This does not include information that is available from public sources.

Affiliate means a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company as us.

Nonaffiliated third party means a company that is not an affiliate of ours.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

• Information we receive about you on applications or other forms.
• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our consumers, customers, or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
